General Information

These Covenants apply to the Zetaworlds Estates free parcel program. Willful disobeying of these covenants can result in confiscation of land, and/or banishment from Zetaworlds.

1) The parcels are provided free of charge to Zetaworlds residents. You must have a local Zetaworlds account to qualify for a free parcel.
2) The parcels are provided "as-is". Combining or otherwise making larger parcels is not the intention of this land program.
3) The parcels are NOT to be rented, sold, or otherwise passed to a third party. You MAY deed to a group, you MAY share your land with people, but you MAY NOT make money doing so.
4) You are allowed air rights over your parcel. Skyboxes must be placed over 1000m minimum.
5) These regions are Moderate rated. We don't care what you do inside your houses but out in the open please be clothed.
6) Residential means Residential. Commercial regions are available for placing stores.
7) there is parkland area, it is for neighbourhood use. Items found that don't belong there will be returned.

  • Wie bekomme ich ein Grundstück?

  • Was kann ich mit dem Grundstück machen?

  • Was kann ich nicht tun?

    Insbesondere können Sie hier keine OSSL-Funktionen verwenden. In der Praxis bedeutet dies, dass Sie keine Paramour-Tanzbälle oder PMAC-Möbel verwenden können. Verwenden Sie AVSitter- oder MPS-Möbel und fragen Sie Sich, ob Sie wirklich einen Tanzball benötigen. Bitte entschuldigen Sie diese Umstände, aber die Art der OSSL-Funktionen machen sie zu einem Sicherheitsrisiko für ein Projekt wie dieses. Wenn Sie dies möchten, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eigene Sims in ZetaWorlds zu erwerben, die Ihnen uneingeschränkten Zugriff auf diese Funktionen bieten und vieles mehr.

  • Was sonst?

    Grundstücke, die nicht bebaut oder seit 6 Monaten nicht mehr genutzt wurden, werden zurückgefordert.

    Wenn Sie ein Geschäft eröffnen möchten, gibt es dafür kommerzielle Grundstücke. Wenden Sie Sich hierfür an Edison Rex.

Welcome to the Zetaworlds Free Estates. These parcels are for Zetaworlds residents who would like a small free parcel. The free estates program is run by Zetaworlds staff and is administered and supported by Edison Rex.

  • How to get a parcel?

    Parcels have street addresses. To get a parcel of your own, first find which parcel you want. If it has a sign on it then it is available. There are two sizes of parcels, and parcels inland or waterside.

    These are the sim names:

    Ustoral

    Zavanna

    Note the street address and contact Edison Rex inworld with it, asking can you have that parcel. Assuming you don't already have one (read the covenants) Edison will set the land for sale to you for $0. You can then buy the parcel. That's all there is to it.

  • What can I do with the parcel?

    Residential parcels, you may build a house or skybox, or both. There is a reasonably generous prim allotment. Read the covenants for more information on being a good neighbour here.

  • What can't I do?

    Specifically, you can't use ossl functions here. Practically speaking that means you can't use Paramour danceballs or PMAC furniture. Use AVSitter, or MPS furniture, and ask if you really need a danceball. Sorry but the nature of the ossl functions makes them a security risk on a project like this. If you want those, buy a sim in zetaworlds which gives you unrestricted access to those functions and much more.

  • What else?

    Parcels that are not developed, or parcels where you haven't been back to in 6 months will be reclaimed.

  • Que puis-je faire avec le colis?

    Parcelles résidentielles, vous pouvez construire une maison ou un skybox, ou les deux. Il y a une attribution de primes assez généreuse. Lisez les alliances pour plus d'informations sur le bon voisinage ici.

  • Qu'est-ce que je ne peux pas faire?

    Plus précisément, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les fonctions ossl ici. Concrètement, cela signifie que vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les balles de danse Paramour ou les meubles de l'ACGA. Utilisez des meubles AVSitter ou MPS et demandez si vous avez vraiment besoin d'un danceball. Désolé mais la nature des fonctions ossl en fait un risque de sécurité sur un projet comme celui-ci. Si vous les voulez, achetez une carte SIM dans zetaworlds qui vous donne un accès illimité à ces fonctions et bien plus encore.

  • Quoi d'autre?

    Les colis qui ne sont pas développés ou ceux où vous n'êtes pas retourné depuis 6 mois seront récupérés.
