[COMPLETED] NOTICE Essential maintenance on EU cluster 4AM grid time (Noon GMT)

We have to restart the EU cluster to clear some networking issues and apply security updates. All EU based regions will be down from about 4AM grid time on Feb 13th to about 5AM or so.
Thanks for your understanding.
UPDATE - The maintenance was successful and the cluster and all EU regions are back up.
