[Completed] Binary Rollout 930

As various bugfixes and enhancements have recently found their way into mainline OpenSim we are going to be rolling out binary 937 in the coming days.
The bugfixes are quite severe so the upgrade will happen for all regions.
Along with this a new preconf has already gone out and versions prior to 101 will be made unavailable for connections, please make sure to update.
